Since its inception in 2015, the International Solar Alliance (ISA) has propelled the solar energy capacity in its Member Countries to 196.7 GW, a significant increase from 63.8 GW in 2015. Through its strategic approach encompassing Analytics & Advocacy, Capacity Building, and Programmatic Support, ISA is on track to achieve its "Towards 1000" vision by 2030, aiming for 1000 GW installed capacity, $1000 billion in investments, energy access for 1000 million people, and 1000 million tonnes of carbon emissions avoided.
