The Global Solar Professionals Fellowship (GSPF) is a flagship capacity-building initiative of the International Solar Alliance (ISA), designed to cultivate a new generation of solar leaders, researchers, and practitioners who can contribute to accelerating the global energy transition.
The inaugural cohort of Global Solar Professionals Fellows brings together talented professionals from diverse regions and disciplines to work on strategic research, policy development, technical innovation, and programme implementation across priority areas of the solar sector. Fellows will contribute to advancing solutions that support energy access, solar deployment, sustainable development, and climate action across ISA Member Countries.

Over the coming months, the Fellows will work alongside ISA technical teams, subject matter experts, and global partners to generate research, develop practical solutions, support programme implementation, and contribute to strengthening the solar ecosystem across ISA Member Countries.
