The Standing Committee is responsible and accountable to the Assembly. It promotes collaboration among Members; approves Assembly session arrangements and agendas; presents ISA's annual work plan, budget and annual reports to the Assembly; advises on programme implementation; and recommends matters with significant financial implications to the Assembly for consideration.
